AIS has produced a unique and dynamic, dual track forum to exchange the newest ideas and research regarding stress management. The annual AIS Stress Congress represents the pinnacle of the AIS information exchange mechanism. To better serve our members, we have broken the Congress into two separate congresses. By differentiating the Congress into two tracks, the Practical and Theoretical, we can focus on the level of information that is specific to Member needs and higher level Fellow needs. Our renowned Fellows and prestigious guests will deliver the highest-caliber continuing education and thought provoking experience.
