She is the Founder of Whole Child, Inc., a 501c3 not-for-profit, with the mission of creating awareness of the impact adverse childhood experiences and stress associated illnesses have on health, providing stress mastery education and resilience skills for all age groups.
She has co-authored stress education curriculum for elementary aged children and holds the following certifications: Certified Practice Leader Tai Chi Easy Program, Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher from the Mindfulness Exercises Institute, and Certified Stress Mastery Education through Synergy Brain Health Programs

She has met the requirements of education, training, and experience to achieve the designation of Diplomate through the American Institute of Stress and holds certifications in mindfulness and meditation education and Tai Chi Easy® Practice Leadership. She is a Synergy Certified Stress Mastery Educator, and HeartMath Certified Trainer.
She serves as a member of the Barry County Trauma Initiative and is a Master Trainer for the MI ACE Initiative, focused on raising awareness about Adverse Childhood Experiences and developing trauma-informed, healing organizations and communities across the State.
