Thank you to the 7th graders at Swift Creek Middle School for their donation to The American Institute of Stress. Their Health and Physical Education class did a stress disorder awareness project to open conversation with their peers and bring awareness about disorders such as depression, stress, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and Anorexia Nervosa. They sold homemade stress balls during their three grade level lunch periods. Each of the participants in the project took the time to design and make advertising and announcements at their school.

“After researching different organizations, we chose your organization as we feel the information on your website best suited the ideas and concerns our peers shared with us.”

Thank you, Norhan, Granya, Jonathan and Rachel! We appreciate the donation and even more so, your project to help increase awareness and help your fellow students. Job well done!
