Wear comfortable clothes – Make sure, you wear loose and comfortable clothes, which allow you to freely move, and will not stop, even at hard motions.

Follow the guide or video – You need to learn the basic movements of Tai chi such as ward-off and push postures, with online videos to learn the basic movements

Learn from the video how the instructor does, with clear movement with proper concentration, and deep breathing.

Practice regularly – To learn new things, It is important to practice regularly to improve skills, which makes you perfect.

So make your aim to practice at least 30 minutes a day, and then gradually increase the time.
