Stress Is Gone Method for Anxiety Reduction & Suicide Prevention

March 27, 2024

3:00pm Eastern Time (US and Canada)

Join us for an exploratory webinar and take a deep dive into the Stress Is Gone Method with founder Brett Cotter. In this one-hour presentation Brett will unpack his techniques that quickly stop stress, release anxiety, reverse negative thinking, and recover from traumatic memories.

After taking questions we will dive into the Stress Is Gone Suicide Prevention System, which Brett has been training Vet-to-Vet Crisis Counselors and Peer Support Specialists in. The system includes:

  • Suicide Prevention script that merges traditional methods and mindfulness techniques to completely de-escalate the caller
  • Mobile App that connects veterans with local crisis line counselors who schedule next day in-person appointments for further services and relationship building
  • Wellness Platform that provides 24/7 relaxation support for veterans and counselors

The communication techniques in the script are proving highly effective not only in de-escalating situations involving veterans with suicidal ideation, but also in resolving tense situations between spouses, parents and children, and co-workers.

Length of Workshop: 60 minutes
