As LMFT, Certified EMDR Therapist, and certified Anger Management specialist, my focus and passion are to work with both couples to create and maintain a healthy relationship and help individuals develop healthier ways to express and manage their anger. In couples and marriage counseling, I help couples overcome their differences and handle their conflicts and seek better ways to communicate, develop deeper intimacy, and experience joy in each other. For clients struggling with anger and stress-related problems, I teach and process the necessary skills needed to express anger in healthier ways.
My objective is to provide a warm personalized experience for my clients by helping them develop a deeper sense of self-awareness, greater emotional health, and self-control while setting tactics to realistic plans for stress and anger management. My goal in therapy is to create a safe environment free of shame and judgment, clients can express, share and process thoughts, emotional pain, and experiences. In my sessions, there is no right or wrong, bad or good, there are only authentic care and practical guidance through evidence-based methods.
